ABOUT ME

An artist passionate about making characters believable

My name is James Gray, most call me Jim. I'm an artist from North Lincolnshire, United Kingdom and ever since 2010, I have been drawing, animating, designing and story telling. I have always had a passion for drawing and character designing.

My skillset includes using Clip Studio Paint, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Animate, TV Paint and Davinci Resolve. I currently use a Wacom Cintiq 22 to do all of my creations on.

I have two degrees, both of them are in Animation. My first degree; Foundation Degree in Animation for Industry and my second degree; Bachelor of Arts with Honours Degree in Animation.

I have my own characters for a series I want to make called "Universal", based around the lives of young adults at University. It will highlight the fun and struggles of being students and make it relatable towards young adults in a "coming of age" genre.
